與同期發表的 Note 10 Lite 比較，Samsung S10 Lite 定位要明確很多。Samsung 的目標很明顯，就是要把 S10 的好用一個更低價、更大屏幕的形態帶給消息者。
Samsung S10 Lite 有 6.7吋 Full HD + Super AMOLED Infinity-O 屏幕，屏下指紋，較 S10+ 的 6.4吋 QHD+ 屏幕還要大，而且直接採用中間開孔的前鏡頭方式，與 Samsung 自 2019 年下半年的手機設計睇齊。至於所以有的實體按鍵也都放在手機的右側位置。

硬體規格保持頂級最讓人滿意
S10 Lite 最令人滿意的是它採用了 Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 處理器，提供 6GB / 8GB RAM 和 128GB 儲存空間及 4,500mAH 電池與 25W 快速充電能力，一切都是頂配的規格，而且還直接使用最的 Android 10 + One UI 2.0 系統並支援 Bixby，AR Emoji 和 Samsung Pay 等。
唯一可惜的是 S10 Lite 採用了 Samsung A51 相同的 4,800萬 OIS 鏡頭，1,200萬像素 123度超廣角及 500萬像素微距鏡頭。前鏡頭則是 3,200萬像素的 F2.2 標準鏡頭。
2020 年 2 月香港推出
雖然是 S10 系列的一部份，但很明顯它的定位在低價大屏幕大電池手機，特別是與 S10e 比較的話就會更明顯看出其分野。2020 年 2 月在香港推出時預計會有黑色、白色與藍色，但暫時未知價格。
