Anthropic 宣布推出 Claude Frontier Academy 培訓 10,000 名工程師

Anthropic 官方宣布推出 Claude Frontier Academy，旨在解決人工智能實施中的人才短缺問題。該計劃獲得 1 億美元的資金支持，目標是在 2027 年底之前培訓 10,000 名 Frontier Deployed Engineers（FDEs）。首批參與者來自 Accenture、Bain、Capgemini、澳洲聯邦銀行、Deloitte、McKinsey、摩根士丹利及 Novo Nordisk 等企業。

Claude Frontier Academy 的培訓模式

Claude Frontier Academy 是首個專為人工智能公司設計的培訓計劃，旨在提升企業內部的 AI 技能。根據 Anthropic 的說法，

「一小組具備高能力的人才，擁有正確的技能、對 Claude 的使用權限，以及對業務運作的深入理解，可以改變整個公司。」

培訓計劃的結構與內容

該計劃的首個項目，Frontier Deployed Engineer Residency，採用類似醫學的專業培訓模式。參與者將在實際案例中學習，並在獲得資格前接受評估。該計劃的目標是創建能夠改變業務運作的系統，從而實現更快的流程和新產品及服務的開發。根據官方資料，

「FDE Residency 工程師從實踐者那裡學習，並在現實案例中進行實踐。」

首批參與者及未來計劃

目前，首批培訓班已在舊金山、紐約和倫敦開展，計劃到 2027 年底達到 10,000 名工程師的培訓目標。參與者需由其所屬組織提名，並需在返回時帶著一個具名的 Claude 項目。根據官方的說法，

「參與者將在多日的面對面課程中與 Anthropic 工程師和授權講師合作。」
